In detail:
Made from sweet natural Banyuls, a powerful and aromatic wine grown on terraces in the Pyrenean foothills overlooking the Mediterranean, this Banyuls vinegar reveals complex aromas. After 4 years of aging in a vinegar cellar, Banyuls vinegar is acetified using a traditional method, then aged in barrels for 12 months. Powerful, it should be carefully measured when used as a seasoning; it can also be used for deglazing. Once caramelized, it pairs very well with red fruits or vanilla ice cream.
