Created for the Pontarlier Absinthiades with the family distillery Pierre Guy, La Pontissalienne is 56% ABV and offers the grand aniseed notes of fresh herbs, recognized in Paris (agricultural gold, 2017) and at the 2016 Absinthiades (Golden Spoon). Serve in the old-fashioned way: a trickle of iced water, sugar to taste. 50 cl bottle. Drink responsibly.
