This IGP Vin de Pays de Vaucluse is made from Grenache and Syrah grape varieties and produced in a true haven for vineyards: a regional natural park recognized in 1997 as a biosphere reserve by UNESCO. Dry and fresh on the palate, it reveals a fruity nose and red fruit notes. Serve chilled (10-12°C) with grilled dishes, Mediterranean or exotic cuisine, and cold buffets.
