Salt harvested from Iranian mines, its bluish color comes from a potassium mineral fixed under rock pressure. In addition to its astonishing color, it has a surprising flavor: very salty at first, it evolves into complex notes. Ideal as a finishing salt and in a grinder for fish, meats, and plating.
