Sweet white wine, AOC Sauternes, made from Sémillon and Sauvignon Blanc, harvested manually, berry by berry, from bunches affected by noble rot (Botrytis cinerea). Its intense golden color reveals aromas of pineapple, apricot, acacia, and honey, prolonged by a fruity and persistent palate. Ideal with foie gras, blue cheeses, and yellow fruit desserts. Alcohol abuse is dangerous for your health, consume in moderation.
