Product Description
Udon are among the most iconic noodles of Japan. Thick and flexible, they are made from soft wheat according to traditional craftsmanship.
Versatile, they are enjoyed in a rich broth, accompanied by various toppings (braised pork, soft-boiled egg, mushrooms, seaweed…), or cold with a mentsuyu sauce.
Cooking: 6 to 7 minutes in a large amount of boiling water.
