Product Description

The mountains in a bottle: sap, resin, and the freshness of conifers. Abies Lagrimus macerates fir cones, individually gathered on the slopes of Canigou, in sugar throughout the summer. The cones, full of sap at harvest time, are then filtered to produce this organic certified amber nectar. Chefs enjoy it with fresh goat cheese, in a gin cocktail, over vanilla ice cream, or as a glaze for duck. 250 ml bottle, box of 12.
