Bellevoye White Whisky 40° 70cl and its case

The Bellevoye collection is the culmination of an adventure undertaken by two whisky enthusiasts, following extensive research. Before each biannual production run, they conduct around fifty blind tastings of all French whiskies, then select the three best distilleries in France for each of their blends. This demanding method has allowed them to create the premium blend of the first 100% French Triple Malt. The maturation process takes place after blending in ex-casks at the Bellevoye cellars in the Charente region. Bellevoye comprises six expressions: Bleu (unpeated), Blanc (ex-Sauternes casks), Rouge (ex-Saint-Émilion Grand Cru Classé casks), Noir (peated), Vert (ex-Vieux Calvados casks), and Prune (ex-plum brandy casks). Numerous awards mark their international journey and their whiskies have already established themselves at the Élysée Palace, in luxury hotels in France and internationally, and on Air France first-class flights.

Bellevoye White is the first 100% French unpeated triple malt finished in Sauternes casks, a unique blend of three of France's finest single malts (Lorraine, Alsace, and Charente). The casks used for post-blending, for six months, come from a renowned classified growth in Sauternes. Bellevoye White It has a rounded character and sweet, spicy aromas. The initial taste is of ripe, juicy fruit with a silky, delicate texture. The finish reveals notes of almond and hazelnut. It has distinguished itself on numerous occasions, notably in 2019 with a gold medal at the Competition of the best French wines and spirits in the United States.
