Product Description
This half tomme of goat farmer Per Diou is a cheese with milk Raw , handcrafted in Béarn by Saloirs de Louis. Its uncooked, pressed, ivory-colored paste is supple and dotted with small holes. Its natural rind evolves from ash gray to orange-yellow as it matures. On the palate, it reveals sweet and fruity flavors that give way to more pronounced goat notes, typical of its terroir.

Culinary uses:

Serve at the end of a meal on a cheese board, or pair with dried fruit and rustic breads. It also blends perfectly into savory tarts, vegetable gratins, or grated into polenta.

Conservation and implementation guidelines

► Store between 4 and 8 °C

► Remove from the refrigerator 30 minutes before serving

► Protect in cling film or cheese paper

► Consume within a few days of cutting to preserve flavor and texture
