MD is the remarkable story of one man! Miguel Dubost was born in a Peruvian shantytown and adopted at the age of five by a French family. He is fulfilling his dream: to promote exceptional products grown by Peruvian farmers and to support local orphans, starting with the one where he grew up. Through a Fair Trade and socially responsible approach, with packaging done at the Nantes Detention Center to promote reintegration, MD Quinoa comes from a short supply chain. These high-quality native seeds are cultivated using traditional methods, following the rhythm of the seasons, with crop rotation to regenerate the soil and guarantee optimal taste and nutritional value. The plantations are located at an altitude of over 3,000 meters in the Western Andes.
This quinoa white (or blond) is characterized by its tender, soft, and light grain, and a slightly nutty flavor. It lends itself to all sorts of culinary creations: risottos, sweet desserts, vegetable patties, stuffing for vegetables...
