Its immediate success with professionals allowed the creation of a complete range of exclusively Italian nut oils, selected from trusted producers: Bronte green pistachio PDO, pine nuts from the Pisa coast, "Romana" almonds from Val di Noto, "Lara" Venetian walnuts... After oils and defatted nut powders, the Pariani range expanded to include semi-finished products dedicated to the manufacture of ice cream: pastes, flours, seeds, candied fruits, essences... Based in Givoletto, near Turin, it has production and storage units designed for the most delicate products in Cortemilia and Bronte.
