Product Description
Our cheese workshop manager tastes and selects the finest cheeses, dairy products, and egg products for you daily. Wheels of cheese, ranging from 3 to 70 kilos, are chosen individually, then cut and packaged in our workshop to guarantee unparalleled freshness and optimal ripening. We offer half a wheel, a quarter wheel, an eighth wheel, or slices of approximately 600g (depending on the cheese) to best suit your needs, without compromising on quality. A wide selection of cheeses from France, Switzerland, and Italy is available, which you can find in full at ledelas.fr or in store. This exceptional product is a county extra AOP Made with raw cow's milk, available only for the Christmas and Easter holidays, after a minimum of 24 slow maturation at the Saint-Antoine fort, in the Jura mountains.
