Fed primarily on farm-grown products, they produce nearly 5,000 liters of milk per day, which is processed and matured on-site, respecting the traditional cheesemaking methods of the Brie region. Their Brie de Meaux is the only farm-made Brie on the market. They also produce a Brie de Favières using the same process, but in a smaller format, and a truffled version.
