This intensely flavorful yuzu ponzu sauce is made from naturally fermented soy sauce and enhanced with the unique flavor of rare yuzu "Misho Yuzu."
Authentic ponzu, in Japan, flagship product of the Netflix series "Salt, Fat, Acid, Heat". Produced by a traditional company specializing in fermentation for over 150 years, this sauce is aged for 3 years.
No artificial yeast. Soy sauce (contains wheat and soybeans, made in Akita Prefecture), apple cider vinegar, fermented rice seasoning, yuzu juice, water, isoglucose mixed syrup, kombu extract, bonito broth / alcohol, flavorings (amino acids, etc.)
