This This ham , cured in the natural cellars of Señorío de Montanera, is aged on the bone according to the traditional methods of the Jabugo PDO. Its flesh is dark red, glossy, marbled with melting fat, and develops complex fruity aromas. dry , with hints of undergrowth and hazelnut.

Culinary uses
