Product Description
The noodles Soba are high-quality Japanese soba, made exclusively from domestically sourced ingredients. Only three ingredients are used: buckwheat flour, wheat flour, and salt.
No additives, preservatives, or artificial ingredients are added.
Instructions

Immerse the soba noodles in a large pot of boiling water. Make sure they are fully submerged.

Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring gently.

Prepare a large bowl of cold water. Transfer the cooked noodles to it. Let them soak 10 to 20 seconds, then gently rub them with your hands in the cold water.

Drain thoroughly and place the noodles on a dish. You can lightly pat them dry with paper towels if they are still very wet.
