Le Conserve della Nonna's products are renowned for their authenticity. Made according to traditional Italian recipes, the product is treated with the utmost respect. The entire tomato sauce production process takes place at the time of the tomato harvest. Cooked sous vide at low pressure, the temperature never exceeds 62°C. This preserves the aromas and vitamins. No additives are used; the sauce is made with only tomatoes and salt. Simply reheat the sauce gently (in a bain-marie or saucepan) without boiling to avoid destroying the aromas and vitamins. This smooth, mildly acidic sauce is comparable to the traditional sauce that every "mama" makes at home.
