Tender ivory cylinders with a delicately milky taste, somewhere between asparagus and artichoke. Hearts of palm are harvested from the centre of tropical palm tree trunks, here cultivated in Ecuador, before being naturally preserved. Sliced in an exotic salad, as sticks on a ceviche, or grilled whole with lemon butter, they immediately provide a crunchy freshness. 800g (4/4 size) can, ready to drain.
