In detail:
A premium jus, in a ready-to-heat pouch, created by Joël Robuchon. Carefully selected aromatic garnish (80% poultry), enhanced with onions, roasted in the oven to release the juices, deglazed with water and reduced several times before filtration to obtain a concentrated, colored, and flavorful roast, ready to use. Heat for 5 to 10 minutes in a bain-marie and shake before serving, loosen, cream, or reduce to make a line of sauce. A 400 ml pouch can garnish approximately 40 plates.
