Milder than the classic caper, the caperberry intrigues with its long, elegant stem. This fruit of the caper bush, picked young, is preserved in a vinegary brine that maintains its crunchy bite and subtly vegetal flavour. To be used in a reimagined Salade Niçoise, directly on an appetizer platter, on carpaccio, or with smoked fish. 72 cl jar (690 g), refrigerate after opening.
