Produced in the salt marshes of the Guérande Peninsula by natural evaporation of seawater under the combined effect of sun and wind, then hand-harvested by salt workers using ancestral processes, this sea salt is not washed, thus retaining its minerals and trace elements from the seawater, without any additives.
