Our rice flour is made from whole rice, i.e., the entire grain, and provides you with most of the rice's nutrients. In a balanced meal, it makes an excellent fuel for your body. Rice flour lightens your usual preparations: cakes, crepes, brownies, creams… However, this flour is not suitable for bread-making; to make well-risen rice bread, mix ¼ rice flour with ¾ type 80 wheat flour.
