These wild porcini mushrooms (Boletus edulis variety) come from Macedonia. We sought a mushroom with a pronounced taste, which will bring character and strength to your recipes and dishes. Dried at a more advanced stage than the large slice porcini, it therefore offers a flavorful character, ideal for making the famous porcini mashed potatoes dear to our local great chefs, or creamy porcini velouté. More colorful than our other porcini, this selection can also be ground into granules or powder depending on the desired application. Also to be discovered in desserts (custard, crème brûlée, macarons, cookies, ice cream).
