This cassoulet is made with pork raised in "Sud Manche" on barley flour, 50% of which is semi-outdoor, and processed in Normandy, and lingot white beans from sustainable agriculture, sourced from Eure-et-Loir (28). Preparation tip: open by pulling the rubber seal, leave the lid on the jar, heat the jar in the microwave (3 minutes) or in a bain-marie and let it rest (1 minute).
