This 100% natural infusion bag broth is produced using traditional extraction techniques, followed by slow and controlled drying. Rich in noble raw materials (poultry, red and green curry paste, kaffir lime leaves...), it contains no added salt, flavor enhancers, colorings, or preservatives, and offers the advantage of consistency. It can be used as a broth, or as a base for cooking, sauces, consommés, soups, aspics, and for moistening risotto. Infuse the bag for a minimum of 12 minutes in 2 liters of simmering water removed from the heat for a clear broth with a pure, light, and mild taste.
