This 100% natural infusable sachet broth is produced using traditional extraction techniques, followed by slow and controlled drying. Rich in noble raw material (83% poultry), it contains no added salt, flavor enhancers, colorings, or preservatives, and offers the advantage of consistency.
It can be used as a broth, or as a cooking base, sauce, consommé, soup, aspic, and for moistening risotto. Infuse the sachet for a minimum of 12 minutes in 2 liters of simmering water removed from the heat for a clear broth with a pure and intense taste.
