This 100% natural infusion broth, in sachets, is produced using traditional extraction techniques, followed by slow and controlled drying. Rich in noble raw materials (82% shellfish), it contains no added salt, flavor enhancers, colorings or preservatives, and offers the advantage of consistency.
It can be used as a broth, or as a base for cooking, sauces, consommés, soups, aspics, and as a liquid for risotto. Infuse the sachet for a minimum of 12 minutes in 33cl of simmering water removed from the heat for a clear broth with a pure and intense taste.
