This 100% natural broth in infusion sachets is produced using traditional extraction techniques, followed by slow and controlled drying. Rich in noble raw material (71% beef), it contains no added salt, flavor enhancer, coloring, or preservatives, and offers the advantage of consistency. It can be used as a broth, or as a base for cooking, sauces, consommés, soups, aspics, and risotto stock. Infuse the sachet for a minimum of 12 minutes in 2 liters of simmering water removed from the heat for a clear broth with a pure and intense flavor.
