Fine bubbles, a deep golden hue, aromas of ripe apple and Norman orchard. The Bayeux cidery has been pressing its apples since 1932 and presents here a brut cuvée, 100% pure juice, protected by the PGI. The fruity attack gives way to a frank tannic structure and a delicately bitter finish, typical of ciders with character. Serve chilled with a savory crêpe, a well-aged Camembert, or a Norman tart. 75 cl bottle, case of 6. Drink responsibly.
