Black cherries cooked the old-fashioned way in open copper cauldrons. Perched at an altitude of 550 meters in the Auvergne region, Domaine de Baudry has been cooking this fruit for forty years, sweetening it with cane sugar and with great patience. The result: a dark, intense jam with generous pieces. Sublime on toasted brioche, with ash-coated goat cheese, or in plain yogurt. 370g jar.
