This super-frozen albacore tuna (Thunnus Albacares), of Japanese quality, is prepared in a semi-formed Saku format. It is guaranteed skinless and bloodline-free. Wild-caught using longlines in the Southeast Atlantic and Indian Oceans, this tuna is gutted, filleted, then portioned and individually frozen on board. Each piece is vacuum-packed and stored at a maximum temperature of -40°C to preserve all its organoleptic properties.
