An exceptional, low-sugar preserve, containing approximately 400 rugosa rose petals, cultivated under the Finnish midnight sun, in the extreme conditions of the far North! At room temperature, it pairs perfectly with sparkling wines. It enhances a fillet of white fish or a thin slice of smoked salmon on toast, but can also be used as a marinade or to flavor tea. For dessert, it is delicious on a scoop of ice cream. Lightly sweet and lingering on the palate, it enhances and intensifies the sweet, spicy, or acidic flavors of the foods it accompanies.
