An exceptional and low-sugar preparation, containing approximately 100 petals of rugosa rose, cultivated under the Finnish midnight sun, in the extreme conditions of the far North! At room temperature, it pairs perfectly with sparkling wines. It enhances a white fish fillet or a thin slice of smoked salmon on toast but can also be used as a marinade or to flavour tea. For dessert, it is delicious on a scoop of ice cream. Slightly sweet and persistent on the palate, it enhances and intensifies the sweet, spicy, or acidic flavours of the foods it accompanies. Also available in a 460g jar.
