This hard, thin and crunchy bread is made in a traditional way in the small factory in Porvoo from three basic ingredients: organic rye, sea salt and water. The small Nordic tile brings you all the benefits of rye: fiber, micronutrients and antioxidants - in a delicious and colorful way.

Originally an old recipe for crispy rye bread, discovered in the library of the Manoir d'Åby (pronounced "obus") in 1990. Thanks to its inimitable taste and versatility, this fine crisp quickly won over many great Parisian chefs and caterers.
