In detail:
This mountain tea was hand-picked in Greece then shade-dried to preserve all its aromas. Slightly spicy, it is made of leaves from a rustic plant called Sideris, which only grows wild on rocky soil. For 2 people: infuse 2 whole stems in 1/2 liter of boiling water for 5 minutes. For a Greek-style preparation, add a spoonful of honey and a few drops of lemon. Caffeine-free, it can be consumed in the evening.
