Extra virgin olive oil Koroneiki 03 Douceur by Kalios, selected by Chef Amandine Chaignot (Rosewood London*****). Single-varietal Koroneiki, harvested purple late in the season, soft and delicate. Very low acidity (0.35%), classified among the grand crus of olive oils. Light and subtle aromas, elegant on the palate. Ideal for cooked vegetables, homemade purees, white fish, and delicate vinaigrettes. Eco-friendly packaging in recycled glass. Produced in Greece, Crete region. 50 cl bottle.
