Koroneiki 02 Balance Extra Virgin Olive Oil by Kalios, selected by Chef Eric Guerin (La Mare aux Oiseaux*). Single-varietal Koroneiki harvested midway between green and ripe fruitiness. Smooth and round, with vegetable notes of hay and artichoke. Very low acidity (0.35%), classified among the grand crus of olive oils. Ideal for fresh pasta, grilled fish, fresh cheeses, and marinades. Eco-friendly packaging in recycled glass. Produced in Greece, Crete region. 50 cl bottle.
