Koroneiki 01 Character Extra Virgin Olive Oil by Kalios, selected by Chef Christophe Aribert (Les Terrasses de l'Hôtel Uriage**). Monovarietal Koroneiki, harvested green, just before turning purple, with maximum aromas. Intensely fruity with no bitterness, scents of almonds and prunes. Intense aromas and a peppery finish. Very low acidity, classified among grand cru oils. Ideal for salads, steamed vegetables, and crudités. Eco-friendly packaging in recycled glass. Produced in Greece, Crete region. 50 cl bottle.
