Late harvest in winter after the first frosts, cold extraction within 24 hours to preserve the aroma. Product Description

Nyons PDO extra virgin olive oil, Tanche variety. First cold pressing, golden green color. Ripe and round fruitiness, very buttery, green apple aroma, notes of dried fruit, fresh hazelnuts and cut hay. Very smooth on the palate, fine aromas of fruit and almonds. Multi-purpose: perfect on raw vegetables, for finishing hot dishes, in cooking and even frying. Late harvest (December-January), unique terroir from the foothills of the Alps. Made in France, Rhône-Alpes region. 70 cl container.
