Nyons PDO extra virgin olive oil, Tanche variety. First cold press, golden-green color. Ripe and round fruitiness, very buttery, green apple nose, notes of dried fruit, fresh hazelnuts and cut hay. Very smooth on the palate, delicate aromas of fruit and almonds. Multi-purpose: perfect on raw vegetables, for finishing hot dishes, in cooking and even for frying. Late harvest (December-January), unique terroir of the Alpine foothills. Family format 1 liter, ideal for daily use. Made in France, Rhône-Alpes region. 1 L can.
