Product Description
A family story, marked by the acquisition, year after year, of abandoned olive groves in Portugal (village of Cótimos, Guarda region). In a mountainous region that was becoming deserted, they revitalized land dear to their hearts. The construction of their own mill allows them to control the entire production chain and ensure impeccable quality. Their two extra virgin olive oils, Terras Senhoriais with its green, fruity, organic notes and Val d'Dama with its ripe fruitiness, are premium quality in both the appearance of the bottles and their contents. In 2020, they won a gold medal at EVOOIC (Italy) and a bronze at LIOOC (London). This small-scale production is sold locally in Portugal and France, primarily in Portuguese gourmet shops.
The oil olive Terra s Senhoriais , biological logic, presents a fruity Green with aromas of olive leaf, artichoke and apple Green . Notes of carob, pecan, and cashew are also present, followed by a medium spiciness on the finish. Its herbaceous aromas make it a perfect match for salads and raw or cooked vegetables.
