Espig

Whole green anise by Espig (1 kg bag), for multiple uses. For gingerbread, Alsatian biscuits, creams and confectionery, but also white meats, poultry, and rockfish.

Espig Ground Ginger (1 kg bag), with a unique taste blending peppery, citrus, and spicy flavors. For soups, biscuits, gingerbread, and dishes in sauce or en papillote.

Whole Nutmeg Espig (1 kg bag, size 100/110), with a slightly lemony taste. Grate at the last minute for béchamel sauces, quiches, mashed potatoes, and soups.

Whole Espig Hot Chili (1 kg bag), very potent, generally used whole for infusion. It releases more heat when cut. Island and African cuisines, use sparingly.

Espig Organic Dried Rosemary (1 kg bag), highly aromatic, mild and powerful. A key ingredient in herbes de Provence, can be used on its own with meats, fish, or vegetables, or to flavor gravies and game.
