In detail:
60% morel caps / 40% morel stems. Rehydrate the mushrooms in a pot of boiling water for 7 minutes. Rinse 2 to 3 times with cold water and use as fresh mushrooms. Ideally, rehydrate in cold water for 12 hours (overnight).
