Made from mushrooms harvested in season, this blend of 60% porcini and 40% ceps is dehydrated to facilitate its preservation and storage and to maintain its taste qualities. These mushrooms rehydrate in 10 minutes. Once rehydrated – this 500g pack represents approximately 1.7kg of mushrooms – they are ready to use as a garnish – alone or with other vegetables or starches – in sauces, or for preparing stews, terrines, pies, stuffings, omelets…
The rehydration liquid can also be used to enhance the mushroom flavor.
