In a 250g vacuum-sealed pouch, these Madagascar Bourbon vanilla beans (Planifolia variety, Gourmet Black quality) are harvested and prepared in Madagascar using traditional methods, without GMOs or irradiation. Their balsamic, phenolic, and woody aromatic notes enhance your creations. Usage recommendations: split the bean, scrape out the seeds with a knife, add to your liquid preparation at a rate of one bean per liter. Heat for 20 minutes at 70°C. Ideally, let infuse for 24 hours in the refrigerator. Store in a tin box or jar, away from light and at room temperature.
