A generous, honest sun-drenched red, typical of what Drôme provençale can produce. In Tulette, the Cuilleras family cultivates organic vines on stony soils, blending a dominant Grenache with Mourvèdre and Syrah. Hand-picked grapes, bottled without filtration: the dark fruit expresses itself, dense, spicy, and unadorned. At the table, it accompanies grilled meats, daubes, tians, and aged cheeses.
