This authentic Beldi lemon variety (literally "from the countryside") comes from a direct supply chain in Morocco. It is also known as Marrakech Limonette or bergamot lemon. It is a juicy and floral fruit with a thin and delicate skin. This recipe is 100% natural, without flavorings or additives, made from hand-processed, ripened fruits in Provence once a year.
Preserved Beldi lemon can be used diced on your roasted white meat or poultry 5 minutes before the end of cooking, in fish terrines, spreads, vegetable purees, soups, tarts, on fish toasts, in fish tartares or makis... In salads, such as tomato or fennel, cut it into thin slices to enhance your vinaigrettes.
