Product Description
Chardonnay, only chardonnay: a chiseled, floral, buttery elegant bubble. Paul Berthelot allows this cuvée to mature for several years in the cellar before releasing it, giving it time to soften its chalky minerality. Upon opening, notes of acacia, fresh pear, and fine brioche. Perfect as an aperitif, with pearly turbot or seared scallops. In 75 cl, serve very chilled.
