In detail:
The beef comes from Normandy cattle or other beef breeds raised in Normandy, slaughtered and cut in Sud-Manches (50). The vegetables used are fresh vegetables exclusively from Normandy (Manche and Calvados) during the production season, i.e. from September 1st to May 31st: during off-season, they come from the "Val de Loire and Brittany" region, France, and Europe. Preparation tip: open by pulling the rubber seal, leave the lid on the jar, heat the jar in the microwave (3 minutes) or in a bain-marie, and let it rest (1 minute).
