A Gascon tribute to the bear tamers of Ariège, ancestors of the Tariquet family. This Hors d'âge is a blend of ten-to-twenty-year-old barrels, where Ugni Blanc and Baco meet Plant de Graisse, a forgotten grape variety replanted in 2001. Full-bodied, long, rustic elegance: a spirit for meditation, served in its Landes pine box. 70 cl, 45.5 degrees.
